Hi Team Packair, in our industry its seldom people actually say thank you or really appreciate great customer service. However we have been working with Cindy for some time now and the recent time sensitive moves for Marvel really does need some recognition. These moves were not easy and Cindy was truly fantastic and a great asset to the Packair reputation and certainly played her part in making this a very successful project for all parties concerned. Dedication, commitment and communication all excellent – A great job so well done , just would like you to know she is doing a grand job for you and we truly appreciate it.

Hello Hans! As I enter this, it is Tuesday about 4:00pm and we are at the second of 7 cities that we will be flying at. Packair and Turkish Airlines did great! No damage and nothing lost! Your boxes got to the baggage in Istanbul before my luggage did! Got in on Saturday, spent all day Sunday getting both planes ready. I tested both planes on Monday and gave the first performance as well. Everything went great! They got some great video and after the final performance they will edit it all and get me a copy.

As our full service (you guys do everything) vendor we rely on all of you so very much and as I have come to know, PackAir never disappoints. The 2006 calendar year has been a very successful one for Sony Pictures Entertainment and our department. PackAir has been a very big part of that success and you all deserve a great amount of praise. Through all of the production moves, costume tours, Jeopardy/Wheel of Fortune shipments, dailies shipments, ACCOUNTING ISSUES and many, many more jobs (this email would take up about 5 pages if I listed them all) the entire PackAir Staff has shown us dedication and professionalism far beyond what normal companies would be willing to give.
There are many things you do for us that I am well aware of, but there are also things done behind the scenes that make our shipments go so smoothly that I am not aware of. Personally I expect quite a bit from PackAir and because of this year outstanding efforts, are sometimes taken for granted. The accounting staff knows all to well how much patience it takes when dealing with me.
So now, I would like to say a very heartfelt THANK YOU to each and everyone of you and hopefully you look as forward to working another year with us and as I do with PackAir.
